Tyler Cox – 2023 Wonderfest Science Envoy

Tyler Cox is a third-year graduate student in the Astronomy Department of the University of California at Berkeley. He works with Aaron Parsons on using radio telescopes to study the formation and evolution of the first stars and galaxies in the universe. His current research involves developing novel calibration techniques for interferometers to enable detection of these objects. Outside of research, he enjoys hiking, baking, and reading.
