Wonderfest Science Envoy 2018

Tyler McFadden is a PhD student in the Biology Department at Stanford University. He studies how environmental degradation affects wild animals (like birds and mammals) and the important species interactions they are involved in, such as pollination and seed dispersal. Tyler is especially interested in solution-oriented research that informs the conservation and management of the species and ecosystems with which he works. He holds a B.Sc. in Fisheries and Wildlife Science from Oregon State University, and has studied wildlife in Oregon, Mexico, Honduras, Costa Rica, and Chile.
