Maria Viteri has just completed her PhD program at Stanford University, working in the Anthropocene biodiversity lab of Professor Elizabeth Hadly. Maria’s research interests lie at the intersection of conservation, ecology, and paleontology, and her primary motivation comes from concern for the global biodiversity crises of today … and tomorrow.
