Jyotirmai (“Joe”) Singh – 2023 Wonderfest Science Envoy

Jyotirmai (“Joe”) Singh is a 4th-year physics PhD student at Stanford University, advised by Kent Irwin. Joe is interested in building high-quality-factor superconducting resonators and applying the methods of quantum metrology to enhance searches for axion dark matter. Outside of physics, Joe is a huge basketball fan who also loves to read, particularly about history.
